• Check-in en Basse Saison (du 1er avril au 14 juin et du 16 août au 31 octobre) :

  • Entre 15h00 et 20h00

  • Arrivée tardive uniquement possible après avoir averti la réception par écrit ou par téléphone au plus tard le jour de l'arrivée avant 20h00. Même si l'hôtel a été informé, le client sera facturé 200 nok par heure commencée après 20h00.

 

• Check-in en haute saison (du 15 juin au 15 août) :

  • Entre 15h00 et 24h00

  • Après 24h00, la réservation sera considérée comme annulée et sera facturée comme une non-présentation si l'hôtel n'en a pas été informé.

 

• Check-out : Avant 11:00 h. le jour du départ.

  • Tous les frais bancaires et de transfert sont à la charge de l'acheteur

  • Le paiement des réservations en ligne n'est possible qu'avec les cartes de crédit ou de débit acceptées.

  • Les cartes suivantes sont acceptées:

    • Union Pay JCB

  • La carte de crédit ou de débit utilisée lors de la réservation sera pré-facturée à la date de début de la période non remboursable.

  • Changes regarding number of persons, rooms, meals, dates or arrival times, should be given by written notice at bookings@bnature.com

  • Changes have to be confirmed by our reservation department and are subject to availability and our Cancellation Fees Policy.

  • CANCELLATIONS OF THE BOOKING

  • Cancellations, partly or total should be given by written notice to accept them.bookings@bnature.com

  • The date we receive the partly or total cancellation by written notice, will be used in order to calculate the cancellation fee.

  • CANCELLATION FEES

  • Non Refundable rates:

  • When a booking with a non refundable rate is cancelled, the cancellation fee is 100% of the value of the booking for the first night.

  • Refundable rates:

  • A booking with a refundable rate can be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date and no cancellation fees will be charged. The non refundable period starts at the 7th day before arrival (15:00 h). After this period a cancellation of the booking will be perceived as nonrefundable. The cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation.

Règles de la maison:

  • Nous sommes un hôtel non-fumeur, ce qui signifie qu'il est interdit de fumer dans et autour de l'hôtel.  
     

  • Si le personnel a établi que les clients ont fumé pendant le séjour ou après le départ du client , des frais de 500 nok seront facturés pour les frais de nettoyage. Le client reconnaît par la présente que sa carte peut être débitée à cette fin. Si cela se produit et que l'hôtel possède une adresse e-mail, le client en sera informé.  
     

  • Si, en raison de tabagisme ou d'autres raisons causées par le client, le système d'alarme est activé, des frais de 3 000 nok seront facturés.
     

  • En cas de clé de chambre perdue ou non rendue, le client sera facturé 500 nok.
     

  • Les enfants doivent à tout moment être accompagnés de leurs parents ou tuteurs et ne sont pas autorisés à se promener, à courir dans l'hôtel ou à troubler la tranquillité.
     

  • Les animaux ne sont pas admis dans l'hôtel. Nous n'offrons aucun service lié aux animaux.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card for pre-authorization upon check-in.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Sauna related rules

1. Respect the maximum number of guests per booking. Fine: 500 NOK per unregistered guest.
2. Shower before entering the sauna for the first time. After dipping in the fjord, no shower is required.
3. Always sit on a towel inside the sauna.
4. No food, drinks (including alcohol or colored drinks), snus, or perfume allowed inside the sauna.
5. No self-brought drinks or food are allowed anywhere on the sauna premises. Drinks may be purchased from our on-site bar and enjoyed only in the lounge area.
6. No shoes or flip-flops allowed inside the sauna.
7. No smoking in or around the sauna area.
8. No nudity outside the sauna. Nudity is only allowed inside.
9. Swimwear is mandatory when using the fjord.
10. Swimwear or bathrobe is required on the terrace and around the sauna.
11. Dry off completely after swimming before re-entering the sauna.
12. Diving headfirst into the fjord is strictly forbidden.
13. Only use the water provided on the sauna oven. Do not use fjord water. Fine: 1000 NOK for misuse.
14. Maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter between towels and the sauna oven.
15. Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times.
16. Guests under 20 are not allowed without an accompanying adult.
17. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.
