• Innsjekking i lavsesongen (1. april til 14. juni og 16. august til 31. oktober):

  • Mellom 15.00–20.00

  • Sen ankomst kun mulig etter å ha gitt beskjed til resepsjonen skriftlig eller per telefon senest ankomstdagen før kl. 20.00. Selv om hotellet er varslet vil gjesten bli belastet med 200 kr per påbegynt time etter kl 20.00.

 

• Innsjekking i høysesongen (15. juni til 15. august):

  • Mellom 15.00–24.00

  • Etter kl. 24.00 vil bestillingen bli ansett som kansellert og vil bli belastet som manglende oppmøte dersom hotellet ikke har blitt varslet.

 

• Utsjekking: Før kl. 11.00. på avreisedagen.

  • Betaling for online bestillinger er kun mulig med aksepterte kreditt- eller debetkort.

  • Changes regarding number of persons, rooms, meals, dates or arrival times, should be given by written notice at bookings@bnature.com

  • Changes have to be confirmed by our reservation department and are subject to availability and our Cancellation Fees Policy.

  • CANCELLATIONS OF THE BOOKING

  • Cancellations, partly or total should be given by written notice to accept them.bookings@bnature.com

  • The date we receive the partly or total cancellation by written notice, will be used in order to calculate the cancellation fee.

  • CANCELLATION FEES

  • Non Refundable rates:

  • When a booking with a non refundable rate is cancelled, the cancellation fee is 100% of the value of the booking for the first night.

  • Refundable rates:

  • A booking with a refundable rate can be cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date and no cancellation fees will be charged. The non refundable period starts at the 7th day before arrival (15:00 h). After this period a cancellation of the booking will be perceived as nonrefundable. The cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation.

House Rules:

  • Vi er et røykfritt hotell som betyr at det ikke er tillatt å røyke i og rundt hotellet.  
     

  • Dersom personalet har konstatert at gjester har røykt under oppholdet eller etter at gjesten sjekket ut , vil det bli belastet et gebyr på 500 nok for rengjøring. Gjesten erkjenner herved at kortet hans kan belastes for dette formålet. Dersom dette skjer og hotellet har en e-postadresse, vil gjesten bli informert.  
     

  • Dersom alarmsystemet er aktivert på grunn av røyking eller andre årsaker fra gjesten, vil det bli belastet et gebyr på 3.000 kroner.
     

  • Ved tapt eller ikke returnert romnøkkel vil gjesten bli belastet med 500 nok.
     

  • Barn skal til enhver tid være i følge med foreldre eller foresatte og har ikke lov til å spasere, løpe på hotellet eller forstyrre freden og roen.
     

  • Dyr er ikke tillatt på hotellet. Vi tilbyr ingen tjenester knyttet til dyr.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Sauna related rules

1. Respect the maximum number of guests per booking. Fine: 500 NOK per unregistered guest.
2. Shower before entering the sauna for the first time. After dipping in the fjord, no shower is required.
3. Always sit on a towel inside the sauna.
4. No food, drinks (including alcohol or colored drinks), snus, or perfume allowed inside the sauna.
5. No self-brought drinks or food are allowed anywhere on the sauna premises. Drinks may be purchased from our on-site bar and enjoyed only in the lounge area.
6. No shoes or flip-flops allowed inside the sauna.
7. No smoking in or around the sauna area.
8. No nudity outside the sauna. Nudity is only allowed inside.
9. Swimwear is mandatory when using the fjord.
10. Swimwear or bathrobe is required on the terrace and around the sauna.
11. Dry off completely after swimming before re-entering the sauna.
12. Diving headfirst into the fjord is strictly forbidden.
13. Only use the water provided on the sauna oven. Do not use fjord water. Fine: 1000 NOK for misuse.
14. Maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter between towels and the sauna oven.
15. Guests under 18 must be supervised at all times.
16. Guests under 20 are not allowed without an accompanying adult.
17. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.
